Carter Locksmiths was set up by Shayne, a locksmith with over five years of hands-on experience in the trade.

Locksmith work is often done at the worst possible moment: late at night, in the rain, or after a break-in. People in that position need a fast response and an honest price. Too many find that the person who quoted the job isn't the person who arrives, or that the price changes on the doorstep.

We do it differently. You speak to the locksmith, agree the price before we set off, and the same person does the work from the first call to the final check.

Today, Carter Locksmiths handles lockouts, broken keys, uPVC door and window repairs, lock replacement, commercial locks and safe opening across Loughborough, Leicestershire, Leicester, Nottingham and Derby.
